Six Months Down

I hit my 6 month mark last Friday.. ..what the.... how.. when...? That seems crazy! I can't believe it, and Sister Wilkes only has 2 months left so we celebrated at Burgermeister which is basically Five guys in Germany.. yummy.

We had a pretty good week over here. We met with that super cool woman that we met on the street last week! She is so cool!!!! She's a total hippy and she's the coolest. Her 15 month old daughter is POTTY TRAINED!! She has the coolest mothering techniques. The appointment was pretty good and we set up another one and she invited us to her choir concert. Nailed it. We are so excited to meet with her again. she really is so cool and she says she is searching for something more in life. She really wants to be able to stay home with her daughther. She is a way good mom!

We also had a great lesson with Viv. She really opened up to us and we had a super powerful lesson. She is unbelievable and she loves God so much! She is getting baptized on the 24th and so we are stoked for that!

We met with John Wayne on Thursday for the second time (tha'ts not his real name but I change everyones names for privacy reasons of course..) To be honest the first time he told us his name we thought he said John Wayne so we called him that for a solid 2 weeks. Anyways our appointment was so cool! We taught him who Jesus Christ was all the way from his birth to the Atonement which was a very cool experience. I cant even explain it. We've been trying to get him to read in the Book of Mormon but he said it hasn't caught his interest yet, so we brought a picture book to show him a couple of stories and when he saw the picture of Ammon ctutting the arms off of the men we told him his story and he said, "Oh i would like to read that story.." hahahhaha I died laughing.. hey whatever gets them to read.

I think thas about it for this week.
