"Dear Sister Price, You are hereby called to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. You are assigned to labor in the Alpine German-Speaking Mission" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "You should report to the England Missionary Training Center on April 9, 2015. You should prepare to preach the Gospel in the German Language" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant even describe everything that was going through my head as I read this.. because there were so many things... However here are just a few. Before opening the call..... -Is this really mine? -I'm totally going stateside I know it (so you can imagine my surprise when I read my call) -I'm gonna pee my pants..... After opening the call.... -Do people in Alpine Utah even speak German?? -Oh wait my mission is in Europe! -Wait what! My mission is in Europe! -"The hills are alive with the sound of music!!" (because ill be living in that movie pretty much) -I'm scared of Germans! -I'm so excited I think I'm gonna pee! -This is not real!! I was so shocked. I had watched soooo many people open their mission calls, but I never imagined that I would be holding one of my own. The rest of the night was a blur to be honest.. However.. for all those who are waiting for their call. I will warn you about "The mission call hangover" This is when you stay up into the insanely early hours of the next day researching your mission and then you literally cannot function the next day... No one warns you about that... I was a zombie the next day.. So prepare yourself..

Ok but seriously.. I am so excited to spread this Gospel over Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein! I cannot wait to teach the people I meet how much their Father in Heaven loves them! This Gospel has brought me so much happiness and I cannot wait to help others find that happiness that cannot be found anywhere else! This Gospel is true and God lives and loves us!
